Signing this contract, the new owner binds himself: To let this kitten live in a hygienically safe and clean home environment, without the chance for him/her to reach un-sheltered outdoor places. The kitten has to be vaccinated once a year. Not to declaw the kitten. Not to abandon the kitten; nor to resell, transfer or give the kitten to pet shops or third parties for sale, nor to research laboratories, testing institutes or other similar bodies. Not to resell or transfer the kitten as a pet to third parties without agreement with the breeder. To spay/neuter the not for breeding quality kitten at the right time (female: 5-7 months old and possibly before the first heat - male: after the development and wwithin the first year of age). To send to the breeder copy of the veterinary certificate. To mate the breeder kitten only with Ragdoll cats, registered and certified by official associations accepted by TICA. To let the breeder know any changes of address, telephone number or e-mail address. Signing this contract, the breeder does guarantee that: This kitten has been bred by a regularly TICA registered cattery. This kitten is regularly registered by TICA. The breeder will give copy of the litter registration certificate and copy of the registration and pedigree of the kitten. The Pedigree will be given only when the breeder receives copy of the spaying/neutering veterinary certificate, if needed. This kitten has been bred with care and love since his/her birth. This kitten is in good health condition. He/she has been de-warmed (if needed) and regularly vaccinated (two injections of trivalent vaccine) as stated on the health booklet and/or European passport (only on request). This kitten is not carrying genetic or hereditary disease. The breeder will give a copy of the genetic tests carried out on the parents of the kitten, for the main genetic disease as PKD and HCM. If a genetic disease should develop and after a statement of the breeder’s responsibility for wrong breeding conduct with all the veterinary certificates, including the postmortem examination if required, the breeder will give back the entire sum received for the kitten or a new kitten of equal value, if agreed. Even signing this contract, the breeder cannot guarantee: The actual future show results of a show quality kitten. The actual reproductive capability of a breeder kitten, including the conception power, the number of kittens in a litter or their quality. |
